The UWF Center for Cybersecurity is the regional hub for cybersecurity education, research, outreach activities and industry partnerships. UWF has been designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security and as the NSA/DHS CAE Regional Resource Center for the Southeast region.

UWF’s unique multidisciplinary approach to cybersecurity education and multiple cybersecurity-related undergraduate and graduate programs has made it a leader in cybersecurity education and workforce development. As the regional hub for cybersecurity education, research and partnerships, the UWF Center for Cybersecurity propels innovative cybersecurity solutions. Its interdisciplinary approach connects ideas and people to elevate cybersecurity in service and support workforce and economic development.

Based in Pensacola, Florida with additional locations in the region, the University of West Florida is home to five academic colleges, offering a variety of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, as well as specialist degrees and a doctorate in education.
